About the role
Seeking a detail-oriented Governance Administration Specialist, the full-time remote position will manage ticket administration, coordinate workgroup schedules, and perform capacity analysis to support Governance Operations, Security, and Compliance functions.
Key responsibilities:
Create and update tasking tickets, generate trend data, and assist in ticket categorization and assignment
Oversee scheduling and documentation for workgroup meetings, capturing minutes and tracking action items
Conduct capacity analysis and coordinate resource allocation with engineering teams to ensure effective use of infrastructure
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience
3+ years of professional experience in administrative support, operations, governance, or compliance
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or equivalent software
Experience working with senior leadership to coordinate tasking and analyze resource allocation
Must be a US Citizen and subject to satisfactory adjudication of a background investigation
