About the role
Veolia is seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to act as a strategic legal partner for its Industrial Water business. You will support new business development and existing operations, balancing legal risk with commercial objectives while building relationships across the organization.
The role involves negotiating NDAs, MOUs, bid responses, and complex contracts (O&M, EPC, DBOM/DBFOM), managing a mixed contract portfolio, and guiding risk assessments throughout the deal lifecycle.
