Pay: $20.00 per hour + bonus program Gas Reimbursement: $0.50 per milePTO: 2 weeks PTO/ 1 week sick after 6 months of  employmentW-2
Description: Leasing Process Responsible for creating and posting rental listings for available units. Respond to phone calls, emails, and inquiries from prospective tenants interested in available units. Coordinate and conduct property showings with prospective tenants. Provide prospective tenants with information regarding the property, rental requirements, lease terms, and application process. Send, receive, and review rental applications and supporting documentation. Verify applicant information, rental history, income, and other required qualifications. Approve qualified applicants in accordance with company policies and rental requirements. Prepare and execute lease agreements for approved tenants. Coordinate move-in dates and provide new tenants with necessary move-in information. Handle key exchanges and ensure keys are properly issued and documented. Maintain accurate records throughout the leasing process. Follow up with prospective tenants and applicants as needed to keep the leasing process moving efficiently. Lease Renewals Monitor upcoming lease expirations and begin the renewal process by setting meetings with management Communicate with tenants regarding lease renewal options and terms. Prepare and send lease renewal offers and required notices. Review and process completed renewal agreements. Update lease terms, rental rates, and tenant information as needed. Ensure all renewal documents are properly completed, signed, and filed. Coordinate with management regarding tenants who choose not to renew and prepare for the upcoming vacancy. Current tenant communication Communicating with the maintenance team Manage whiteboard with upcoming move-outs, unit turns, and vacancies Communication and scheduling for contractors Managing utility accounts, ie: Duke, NKY Water District, Bull Lock Pen, Trash Companies Posting eviction notices and making court appearances when necessary on behalf of the company
