Job Description

What You’ll Do: Lead asphalt and concrete repair projects for parking lots and paved surfaces Perform advanced repairs: crack sealing, pothole patching, resurfacing, concrete patching Operate skid‐steers, asphalt repair machines, compactors, mixers, and power tools Inspect sites, determine repair scope, andchoose proper materials and methods Train and guide junior technicians to ensure quality and efficiency Complete daily documentation of work performed and materials used Communicate with supervisors and clients about project progress Follow all safety protocols and OSHA standards What We’re Looking For 1-2 years asphalt/concrete repair experience (parking lots preferred)Strong leadership skills and ability to supervise a crew Ability to read site plans and follow project specifications Skilled with heavy equipment and repair tools Why You’ll Love Working Here Weekly pay Overtime opportunities 401(k) matching potential Bonus opportunities based on performance Clear path for advancement Strong, supportive team culture
