About the role

Threshold, Inc. seeks a Child Development Specialist to work with infants and toddlers in Wisconsin's Birth to Three and Family Support programs. You will help families identify developmental needs, coordinate services, and develop individualized plans to support early development. You will lead IFSP meetings, monitor progress, coordinate evaluations, and connect families with community resources while maintaining thorough documentation and supporting transition planning.
