Job SummaryProfound Platform Specialist (Frisco, TX, Remote): - Provide expert-level support for the Profound Platform, focusing on customer conversation analytics and integrations with Salesforce CRM and related enterprise platforms. - Monitor and maintain Profound platform workflows and system integrations. - Support and enhance analytics dashboards related to conversation and customer engagement. - Troubleshoot and resolve synchronization and integration issues with Salesforce and other platforms. - Coordinate with vendors for support and manage issue resolution processes. - Perform data validation, reconciliation, and analysis activities. - Manage user access, fulfill operational support requests, and maintain platform security. - Generate, maintain, and support reporting and business analytics requirements. - Assist with platform releases, upgrades, and testing activities. - Utilize strong SaaS application support, CRM integration, API troubleshooting, and reporting/dashboard skills. - Requires 3 5 years of experience specifically with the Profound Platform. - Remote role, no onsite presence or travel required. - Temp-to-perm opportunity, immediate start, 3+ month contract with potential for extension/permanent hire.
