About the role
ANTA is seeking aTik Tok Key Creator Partnerships Managerto build and grow strategic partnerships with top-tier and high-impact creators in the U.S. market. This role will focus on creators with strong content influence and proven commerce potential, turning key creator relationships into measurable Tik Tok Shop GMV, conversion, and brand impact.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, recruit, and build long-term partnerships with top-tier and high-potential Tik Tok creators/KOLs in the U.S., particularly across sports, basketball, sneakers, fashion, and lifestyle.
Own the end-to-end creator partnership process, from creator sourcing and outreach through negotiation, activation, and performance optimization.
Build and maintain a strategic pipeline of creators based on audience relevance, content quality, engagement, and commerce potential.
Negotiate partnership terms including affiliate commissions, paid collaborations, product seeding, and performance-based incentives.
Develop key creator activation plans around major product launches, brand moments, promotional campaigns, and Tik Tok Shop priorities.
Partner with creators and internal Content/Creative teams to develop commercially effective and brand-relevant content.
Coordinate with Tik Tok Shop Operations, E-commerce, Merchandising, Content, and Brand Marketing teams to ensure product, inventory, content, and campaign resources are aligned.
Track and optimize creator performance across GMV, conversion, content performance, engagement, and ROI.
Develop and maintain relationships with relevant creator agencies, talent managers, MCNs, and other partners to expand ANTA's creator network.
Stay close to emerging creators, competitor activity, platform trends, and changes in the U.S. social commerce ecosystem.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in creator partnerships, influencer/affiliate marketing, business development, social commerce, talent partnerships, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of the U.S. Tik Tok creator ecosystem and Tik Tok Shop.
Demonstrated ability to identify and develop creators with both content influence and commercial potential.
Strong business development, relationship management, and negotiation skills.
Experience structuring affiliate commissions, paid creator partnerships, and performance-based commercial agreements.
Existing relationships with creators, talent agencies, MCNs, or creator networks are highly preferred.
Strong understanding of GMV, conversion, ROI, and creator economics.
Experience in sportswear, basketball, sneakers, fashion, beauty, or other consumer categories is preferred.
