Porter Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite Pay: Competitive hourly rate + commission At CAF Management, Porters help maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our apartment communities, inside and out. From keeping common areas tidy to supporting the maintenance team with curb appeal, your work directly impacts the resident experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in their work, enjoys working outdoors and with their hands, and is looking to grow in the property management industry. Many of our maintenance team members started as porters and advanced from there.
What You'll Do: Maintain cleanliness of community grounds, sidewalks, parking areas, and trash enclosures Clean and maintain breezeways, entryways, stairwells, and common areas Pressure wash buildings, entryways, and walkways as needed Remove trash and debris from grounds, dumpster areas, and bulk trash zones Monitor and empty trash receptacles throughout the property Assist with light maintenance tasks as directed (painting, minor repairs, curb appeal projects)Communicate maintenance concerns or safety issues to the Property Manager or Maintenance Supervisor What You'll Need to Succeed
Required: Strong work ethic and attention to detail Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions Comfortable working independently and with a team Availability to work Saturdays (closed Sundays) and maintain a flexible weekday schedule
