Join us.A Day in the Life:As the Senior Category Manager - Ecommerce & Omnichannel, you will lead data-driven strategies that drive growth across retailer Ecommerce platforms, omnichannel channels, and emerging digital marketplaces. You will expand traditional category management beyond assortment, pricing, and promotions to optimize the entire digital shopper journey. In this role, you will ensure products are available, discoverable, accurately represented, and optimized for conversion across retailer websites, apps, marketplaces, and fulfillment channels. By leveraging data and shopper insights, you will enhance digital shelf performance, improve the customer experience, and drive sales growth through seamless omnichannel execution.The Impact You'll Make:Build omnichannel category growth strategies: Identify growth opportunities by retailer, shopper mission, platform, fulfillment model, brand, pack, and segment to accelerate Monster's ecommerce and digitally influenced sales.Translate data into retailer-ready recommendations: Synthesize ecommerce, POS, shopper, loyalty, digital-shelf, and marketplace data into concise selling stories that improve discovery, conversion, basket size, purchase frequency, and category growth.Own digital-shelf performance: Measure and improve share of search, online availability, assortment, product content, ratings and reviews, taxonomy, competitive visibility, and PDP conversion drivers.Connect online and in-store performance: Quantify how digital touchpoints influence total category performance and use omnichannel insights to guide assortment, shelf, pricing, promotion, and merchandising decisions.Lead retailer ecommerce collaboration: Provide category thought leadership for customer meetings, joint business planning, category reviews, ecommerce capability discussions, and retailer-specific growth plans.Read leading indicators before the scorecard: Monitor search share, traffic, conversion, glance views, availability, and competitive movement to surface shifts early and recommend action before they impact topline results.Optimize digital execution: Recommend retailer- and platform-specific assortment, search, content, promotion, pricing, pack, and digital merchandising strategies that improve the end-to-end shopper experience.Advance ecommerce measurement capability: Co-develop scorecards, benchmarks, KPIs, and repeatable reporting that quantify online performance, digital impact, and retailer opportunity.Build cross-functional digital capability: Partner with Sales, Insights, Digital Commerce, Shopper Marketing, Revenue Growth Management, and external partners while educating teams on digital category management best practices.Provide future-oriented category leadership: Anticipate shopper behavior, retailer capabilities, competitive activity, and emerging commerce models to shape a clear omnichannel category growth strategy.Who You Are:Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business, Marketing, Finance or similar field of studyAdditional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in Category Management, Supply ChainAdditional Experience Desired: Between 1-3 years of experience in ECommerce/OmnichannelComputer Skills Desired: Proficient in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Power BI, Excel, Outlook) as well as Copilot. Advanced knowledge in data tools that measure and track business performance and ability to leverage disparate data sources to tell a story.Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Preferred experience includes: Nielsen, Circana, Profitero, Retailer-Loyalty or Shopper Data, Numerator, Retail Media Reporting, Amazon Vendor Central, Instacart Ads, or other digital retail data sets.Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.Pay Range$97,500 - $130,000 USD
