The Director fosters a culture of accountability and collaboration and supports the development and implementation of strategies, policies, and procedures in support of facility objectives.
Responsibilities:
Would prefer Leader to reside in Broward or Palm Beach County. to cover hospitals in Dade, Broward and Palm Beach locations.prefer 2 yrs manager or director experience of team 15+. (will be managing leadership team that supervises RNs, supervisors and CNC approx. team Prefer 2 yrs Dialysis acute or chronic or relatable experience to lead by example Position schedule is Monday through Friday Position will include the planning, coordination, and provision of care for the patient.
