About the role
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with the ability to close the books independently
- Strong GAAP knowledge; accrual-basis, multi-department accounting experience
- Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks, CDK, Lightspeed, or similar dealer/distribution platforms)
- Advanced Excel — you build models, not just spreadsheets
- Genuine fluency with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or similar) applied to financial analysis or workflow automation. This is a must, not a nice-to-have.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced small business with minimal hand-holding Strongly preferred:
- CPA, CMA, or active candidate
- Dealership, equipment distribution, field service, or parts distribution accounting experience
- Inventory accounting experience — parts COGS, supplier rebates, multi-channel e-commerce revenue recognition
- Avalara or similar multi-state sales tax compliance experience
- Year-end performance bonus based on company and individual performance
- Employer-contributed health insurance

- Monday–Friday, on-site in Bentleyville, PA
- Direct report to the Owner / President — real access, real influence
