Precision Saw Operator-1st Shift We're seeking a dependable Precision Saw Operator to join a growing manufacturing team on 1st shift. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with machinery, taking accurate measurements, and producing quality work in a fast-paced environment.
What You'll Do: Set up and operate industrial saw equipment according to work orders and specifications Verify stock and materials meet production requirements before cutting Measure and inspect parts using tape measures, calipers, and other precision measuring tools Mark and label materials accurately for production and inventory purposes Perform routine equipment inspections and maintenance checks Complete required documentation and equipment checklists Operate a forklift to move materials throughout the facility Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow company safety procedures and quality standards at all times
What We're Looking For: Previous saw operation, machine operation, or manufacturing experience preferred Forklift certification required Strong math skills, including fractions and decimals Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety procedures, and equipment documentation Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the shift High School Diploma or GED required Ability to pass a drug screen and background check Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
