- Structure and close deals while working with lenders to secure competitive financing
- Present and sell finance, warranty, protection, and aftermarket products
- Ensure accurate contracts, documentation, funding, and compliance
- Maintain strong relationships with lenders and dealership partners
- Work closely with Sales and Management to move deals efficiently
- Deliver a professional, transparent, and positive customer experience
- Follow dealership policies and all applicable state and federal regulationsWE'RE LOOKING FOR A PROVEN F&I PROFESSIONAL WITH:A demonstrated ability to structure and close deals
- Strong knowledge of automotive financing and lender programs
- Experience presenting finance, warranty, protection, and aftermarket products
- Strong understanding of dealership compliance and documentation
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- A track record of professionalism, integrity, and results
- The ability to work effectively with Sales, Management, and lenders
