Commitment: 10-40 hours/week
What You'll Do: Write, edit, and refine English content for clarity, accuracy, and tone
Review AI-generated text for grammar, spelling, structure, and consistency Identify subtle errors, ambiguities, and inconsistencies that others miss Apply detailed style guidelines and editorial standards with precision Provide structured, actionable feedback to improve AI writing quality Work independently and asynchronously on your own schedule
Who You Are: Native or near-native English fluency with exceptional written communication skills Bachelor's degree or higher in English, Humanities, Journalism, or a related field Extremely detail-oriented with sharp proofreading and editing instincts Able to follow complex style guidelines and apply them consistently at scale Self-motivated, reliable, and comfortable working independently No prior AI experience required your writing expertise is what matters
Nice to Have: Background in editing, copywriting, content strategy, or journalism
Experience working with style guides (AP, Chicago, MLA, etc.) Familiarity with AI writing tools or language evaluation workflows
