We are currently seeking a dynamic and motivated Virtual Esthetic Consultant / Product Sales Advisor to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position that offers a competitive salary and excellent benefits. As a Virtual Esthetic Consultant / Product Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our clients. You will act as a brand ambassador and assist customers in finding the best products to meet their needs. Your primary goal will be to drive sales and increase customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge to clients via phone, email, and chat
Act as a brand ambassador and promote the company's products and services
Understand customer needs and recommend the best products to meet their goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals
Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a timely and professional manner
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for increasing sales
Participate in virtual training and team meetings to stay informed about new products and sales techniques

Qualifications:

Previous experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the sports or fitness industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong knowledge of sports and fitness products and industry trends
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
High school diploma or equivalent, Bachelor's degree preferred

Package Details Compensation & Bonuses Competitive Pay Rate: $40$60/hr based on experience and performance Paid Training: $40/hr for 1-week onboarding training Training Completion Bonus: $700 instant incentive after setup and training Work Schedule Flexible Scheduling: Choose Full-time (3040 hrs/week) or Part-time (20 hrs/week) Options for morning, afternoon, or evening schedules No weekends required unless preferred Remote Work & Equipment 100% Remote Position U.S.-based only Company-Provided Home Office Setup, including: High-performance laptop (Mac or Windows), Dual monitors, Printer/scanner, Headset + workstation accessories, Stipend for internet or electricity support
