About the role
Coordinating online sales contacts, the part-time Texas Licensed New Home Specialist will manage lead generation and appointment scheduling for a homebuilder, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with prospective buyers in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
Meet community lead and appointment quotas by promptly contacting prospects and scheduling appointments
Enter lead data into the CRM database and assist the marketing team with interest lists for upcoming communities
Develop and maintain relationships with realtors, providing them with updates on incentives and promotions
Required qualifications:
1-2 years of experience in high-volume sales calls or lead generation, with knowledge of the Texas real estate market preferred
Bachelor's Degree preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or related software
Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
Strong customer-centric approach with the ability to connect and build relationships
