About the role

Sheehan-Phinney-Bass- is seeking a Commercial Real Estate/Title Paralegal to support the Real Estate and Development Practice Group. You will perform full title searches, issue reports, and prepare drafts of conveyancing and closing documents for attorney review. The role requires 5+ years of title experience, a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent), and paralegal certification. Proficiency with MS Office and legal software is expected; continuing legal education is encouraged.
