About the role
Hartmann Young is partnering with an established consumer healthcare business to appoint the first VP of Marketing dedicated to its growing DTC telehealth platform. Backed by an established organisation with significant consumer reach, this leader will build and own the marketing function for the business line, spanning brand, growth, lifecycle, product marketing and go-to-market. The remit covers the full consumer journey, from awareness and patient acquisition through conversion, engagement and retention, while also supporting the launch of new conditions, care categories and distribution channels. What the Role Will Oversee Build the marketing strategy, team and operating model Lead brand, performance, lifecycle and product marketing Own patient acquisition, onboarding, conversion, engagement and retention Define positioning, messaging and go-to-market strategy across new conditions and care categories Manage budgets, channel investment, agencies and performance measurement Improve CAC, LTV, ROAS and overall funnel performance Develop DTC alongside partnership and B2B2C growth channels Partner closely with Product, Data, Commercial, CX and Care Operations Remain hands-on across creative, messaging and growth execution as the function scales Experience Required 10+ years of consumer marketing and growth experience Previous ownership of an entire marketing or growth function at VP, Head of Marketing or equivalent level Experience building a function, team, brand or new category from an early stageA strong background scaling a DTC telehealth, digital health, digital pharmacy or comparable consumer-health platformA track record of driving patient acquisition, conversion and retention Experience launching new products, conditions or consumer healthcare propositions Leadership of multidisciplinary teams, substantial budgets and external agencies Strong commercial judgement and understanding of regulated consumer healthcare This opportunity is best suited to a proven builder from a leading consumer-health platform who combines strategic marketing leadership with a willingness to remain close to execution. Candidates limited to a single marketing channel, brand communications or B2B demand generation will not be suitable.
