- Position Responsibilities may include, but not limited toRevenue Cycle Performance & Analytics: Monitor KPIs, identify trends, conduct root-cause analysis, and provide actionable recommendations
- Operational Excellence & Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to improve collections, reduce aging, optimize workflows, and enhance efficiency
- Cross-Functional Leadership & Execution: Partner with leaders, supervisors, billers, and stakeholders to drive accountability and results
- Payer Performance & Escalation Management: Resolve reimbursement barriers, manage payer escalations, and improve reimbursement performance
- Reporting & Executive Communication: Develop reporting, dashboards, and executive-level performance summaries
- 5+ years' progressive Revenue Cycle Management experience
- Advanced Excel and strong analytical skills
- Experience analyzing large data sets and driving measurable operational improvements
- Strong project leadership, communication, and influencing skills
- Repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands and/or fingers
- Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting, remaining in a stationary position for prolonged periods
- Visual perception to perform job including peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
