Our client is an innovative, consumer-focused technology company seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager to lead the strategy, development, and execution of product marketing initiatives that drive customer engagement and business growth. This is a highly visible role responsible for shaping product positioning, leading go-to-market strategies, and translating product features into compelling customer value propositions. The ideal candidate is both strategic and hands-on, with a passion for launching products, influencing cross-functional teams, and delivering impactful marketing campaigns that resonate with consumers.
Key Responsibilities: Develop compelling product and subscription positioning, messaging, and value propositions that clearly communicate customer benefits and differentiate products in the marketplace. Lead end-to-end go-to-market strategy and execution for new product launches and feature releases. Partner closely with Product, Creative, Sales, Customer Experience, and Executive Leadership to ensure alignment across all marketing initiatives. Analyze customer insights, market trends, competitive intelligence, and performance data to inform product strategy and marketing decisions. Create launch plans, project timelines, success metrics, and internal enablement strategies to ensure successful product introductions. Develop sales enablement materials, including presentations, messaging guides, competitive battle cards, FAQs, and training resources. Identify new market opportunities and recommend strategies to drive product adoption, customer engagement, and long-term growth. Serve as a strategic advisor to cross-functional stakeholders, helping shape the product roadmap and customer experience. Establish and continuously improve product marketing best practices, processes, and frameworks across the organization.
Qualifications: Required 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing combined with B2C or consumer marketing. Proven success developing and executing go-to-market strategies for new products and feature launches. Strong experience translating technical product capabilities into customer-focused messaging and value propositions. Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to execute at both a high level and in a hands-on capacity. Highly analytical and data-driven, with experience leveraging customer insights and performance metrics to inform decisions. Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams and build strong relationships across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Executive Leadership. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with multiple priorities.
Preferred: Experience marketing technology products, SaaS platforms, connected devices, or subscription-based products. Background in competitive intelligence, market research, or customer insights.
