About the role

Job Description: Drives 12- and 15-passenger vans to provide reliable campus or community transportation. Reporting to the Operations Manager, the driver follows assigned routes and schedules, completes pre-trip inspections, performs basic fueling and cleaning, and supports occasional regional trips while prioritizing passenger safety and service.
Responsibilities: Transport passengers safely along campus, community, and occasional regional routes. Plan and navigate assigned routes. Conduct pre-trip vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns. Perform basic vehicle fueling and cleaning. Assist passengers as needed while providing courteous service. Practice defensive driving and comply with safety requirements. Maintain schedules and document completed trips. Report incidents promptly and accurately.
Preferred Qualifications: One or more years of commercial passenger driving experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Valid commercial driver’s license with passenger endorsement. Medical Examiner’s Certificate. Knowledge of defensive driving, passenger vehicle operation, and vehicle safety inspection. Route navigation and incident reporting skills. Strong passenger service, safety awareness, and communication skills.\nCompany
