Location: Chantilly, VA — On-Site

Position Overview: We are seeking a Software Engineer to support mission-critical software development initiatives in a highly secure environment. The ideal candidate will have prior software development or computer engineering experience and be comfortable working with modern Microsoft and web-based technologies. Active/recent TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (FS Poly) is required. Candidates must be crossover eligible.
Required Qualifications:
  • Current or recent TS/SCI security clearance with Full Scope Polygraph (FS Poly)
  • Must be crossover eligible
  • Previous experience in software development, computer engineering, or a related technical field
  • Willingness to develop and work with C#, JavaScript, HTML, and Angular
  • Ability to work on-site in Chantilly, VAPreferred Qualifications
  • Experience with C#, Java, C++, or other programming languages
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Angular, and/or related scripting frameworks
  • Familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL, Oracle, or SQL Server
  • Experience with Microsoft Visual StudioStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze user requirements and develop effective software solutions
  • Collaborate with project managers and product owners to understand and meet technical specifications
  • Recommend software upgrades and improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Work closely with other developers to design, develop, and optimize software
  • Document programming tasks, processes, and procedures
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software issues and bugs
  • Perform routine software maintenance and enhancements
Compensation$125,000–$250,000 annual salary, depending on experience and qualifications.
