Role Description: The Supply Chain Solutions Consultant is a full-time hybrid role based in New York, NY, with flexibility for partial work from home. This role is responsible for assessing client supply chain operations, gathering requirements, and designing tailored solution configurations that address demand planning, inventory optimization, and end-to-end process efficiency. The consultant will lead discovery workshops, prepare and deliver product demonstrations, support presales activities with the sales team, and develop business cases that show the impact of Atomic’s solutions. Day-to-day work includes analyzing client data, documenting workflows, managing implementation projects, coordinating with product and engineering teams, and ensuring successful adoption and ongoing optimization of the platform. The role also involves building long-term client relationships, providing training, and identifying opportunities for account growth and continuous improvement.
Qualifications: Strong Analytical Skills, including data interpretation, problem-solving, and the ability to translate complex supply chain data into actionable insights. Consulting experience, with a track record of leading client engagements, conducting discovery sessions, and crafting solution recommendations. Presales and Sales skills, including developing proposals, delivering compelling solution demos, and collaborating with sales teams on opportunities. Project Management capabilities to plan, coordinate, and deliver solution implementations on time and within scope. Experience in supply chain, demand planning, logistics, or operations management, preferably with technology or SaaS solutions. Clear, concise communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage stakeholders at different levels. Comfort working in a hybrid environment in New York, NY, and collaborating across cross-functional teams. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications (e.g., APICS, PMP) are a plus.
