About the role

A well-established real estate company is looking to add an Assistant Controller / Controller to the team. Looking for someone with real estate industry experience and a strong corporate accounting background. This role will focus on monthly close, financial reporting, budgeting, reconciliations, and overall accounting operations. This is not a property accounting position.

Qualifications: 6+ years of accounting experience Real estate industry experience required Strong month-end close experience Strong corporate accounting background Previous management experience Accounting Manager, Senior Accounting Manager, Assistant Controller, or Controller background Yardi experience is a plusCPA is a plus

Location: Morris County, NJ

Salary: $140k-$160k + Bonus
