What You’ll Be Doing: Use Your Know-How Help riders find exactly what they need — parts, gear, upgrades — you name it. Know Harley inside & out? Flex that expertise to guide customers with confidence. Customize the Experience Listen to what each rider needs and tailor recommendations to match their style & ride goals. Stay current on trends and new parts so your advice hits different. Research & Recommend Dig into product details, research what's new, and bring the best options to the table. Stay sharp on tech, performance, and the latest in Harley customization. Work as One Team Partner with sales, service, and other departments to create seamless experiences for customers. Bring good vibes, share what you know, and help level up the whole squad. Keep Growing Train and be trained — we’re big on learning and leveling up together. Pitch in on projects, track progress, and help us get better every day. What You Bring to the Table: Deep knowledge of Harley-Davidson or motorcycle parts in general. Experience with order management, logistics, or warehouse systems? Big plus. Solid communication and people skills — you know how to talkwithcustomers, not justatthem. A team mindset, but you can also crush solo tasks. Comfort with tech like Microsoft Office, and open to learning new systems.
