Join Our Team as a Compassionate Receptionist Are you a warm and friendly individual who enjoys greeting visitors with a smile? Do you have excellent communication skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service? If so, we are looking for a Receptionist to join our team at Demo Company in Brookings, SD.
Key Responsibilities: Act as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, providing a welcoming and professional experience. Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual. Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing office supplies, and handling incoming and outgoing mail. Maintain a clean and organized reception area to create a positive impression for visitors. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of the office.
Qualifications: Prior experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
