Job Title Duties and Responsibilities: Track cash flow Lead financial planning Analyze the company's strengths and weaknesses, proposing corrective actions when necessary Perform quality assurance, cost-benefit analysis, and financial forecasting Schedule land closings and bank loans Coordinate with investors on a regular basis to keep them informed Prepare and schedule important deadlines Setup bank meetings Drive projects and take initiative Seeking new business opportunities and expanding the company's market share and revenue Recruiting, managing, and mentoring the development team and other staff Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients Develop networks towards sourcing for new clients Liaise with members of staff to ensure top level client experience in all cases of client interactions from follow up to delivery and needs assessment Meet time lines on all aspect of pre development from land closing to financing.
Skills: Strong project management skills to effectively plan, execute, and monitor business development initiatives Proven experience in business development, sales, or related field Excellent negotiation skills to secure profitable deals with clients Ability to develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth Knowledge of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape Proficiency in customer relationship management Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
