About the role
To support a critical growth phase, the remote contract Fractional GTM Enablement Lead will manage the development and execution of GTM enablement strategies, facilitate cross-functional collaboration, and ensure commercial teams have access to essential training and resources.
Key responsibilities
Lead the identification and prioritization of key areas for GTM enablement, aligning with business priorities
Develop and maintain knowledge management systems to ensure GTM teams have access to up-to-date materials
Design and implement training programs to foster behavior change and improve performance across commercial teams
Required qualifications
B2B-specific GTM enablement experience with a proven track record of ownership and initiative
Experience in building and delivering effective enablement programs that drive revenue outcomes
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize strategically in a startup environment
Proficiency in Google Suite and Excel, along with the ability to manage and analyze CRM data
Knowledge of AI tools and their application in a GTM enablement context
