About the role

The City of Antioch is seeking an Equipment Operator in the Public Works Department to operate light and heavy construction equipment for street, water distribution, and wastewater projects. You will perform excavating, grading, trenching, and related tasks, and may serve as crew lead while training others in safe operations. Applicants must meet education guidelines and hold a valid California driver's license; a Class A with Tanker/Air Brake endorsements within 12 months is required.
