Job Description: Nail Technician – Envious Lashes | Midtown Manhattan Hourly + Commission + Tips | [Full-time / Part-time]Envious Lashes is a luxury lash and beauty salon in Midtown Manhattan, serving clients since 2007. We're expanding into nail services and looking for a talented Nail Technician to help us build something special. Our philosophy is simple: where beauty meets art. What You'll Do: Perform Russian manicures, using an e-file for precise, detailed cuticle work and a clean, polished finish Provide gel manicures, structured gel, gel extensions, pedicures, and nail art Create beautiful custom designs, from soft and minimal to detailed art Do careful, precise prep for long-lasting, lift-free wear Some clients will get their nails done while they're getting their lashes done, so you'll work side by side with our lash artists, keeping the client comfortable and still while both services happen at once Work with the salon's professional product line Follow all NYS sanitation and safety guidelines Keep your station clean, organized, and stocked Give every client a warm, relaxing, luxury experience
What We're Looking For: Active New York State Nail Specialty license (required)Experience with the Russian manicure technique and e-file (required)Salon experience preferred Strong gel skills and an eye for detailA love of nail art Comfortable working alongside another service provider on the same client Warm, professional, and great with clients Reliable, punctual, and a true team player Portfolio or Instagram showing your work Location 144 East 44th Street, New York, NY 10017, steps from Grand Central.
