Boutique Recruiting is seeking an experienced Senior Advisor to join a client’s retirement planning team in Warwick/Cranston, RI. This client-facing role leads meetings, presents retirement strategies, and guides decisions on income, investments, taxes, Medicare and estate planning. Backed by firm-generated lead flow, paid seminars, marketing support, a dedicated paraplanner, and outsourced investment management, you’ll focus on building trust, delivering solutions, and converting opportunities
