E-Commerce Coordinator — The Scent Standard | Miami, FL (In-Office)The Scent Standard is a luxury scent marketing company delivering HVAC-integrated fragrance systems to residential, retail, and commercial properties across South Florida. We are launching our e-commerce channel and looking for a driven E-Commerce Coordinator to build it with. This is a rare opportunity to own the digital storefront of a fast-growing luxury brand — from strategy to execution.
What you'll do: • Build and manage our e-commerce store• Own the end-to-end product listing process — copy, imagery, pricing, and inventory• Execute digital marketing strategies to drive online sales• Manage product subscriptions and recurring revenue flows• Analyze sales data and site performance to optimize conversion• Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure seamless fulfillment• Identify and onboard new product categories aligned with our brand
What we're looking for: • 2+ years of proven e-commerce experience• Hands-on Shopify experience (required)• Strong understanding of digital marketing — email, social, paid, and SEO• Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to make decisions• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment• Passion for luxury products and elevated brand experiences• Experience with subscription-based products is a plus• Must be based in Miami, FL and able to commute to our Doral office.
