Field Marketing Manager – North America
About the Role:
A growing global B2B software company is looking for a Field Marketing Manager - North America to develop and execute regional marketing programs that support pipeline growth, market development, and revenue objectives. This role will serve as a key marketing partner to the North American Sales organization, translating local market insights, target account priorities, and pipeline needs into effective marketing initiatives. We are looking for a hands-on, proactive marketer who understands the North American B2B technology market and can independently identify opportunities, recommend the right marketing approach, and execute from strategy through delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute regional marketing plans aligned with Sales priorities, target accounts, and pipeline needs.
Partner closely with Sales to identify market opportunities and translate commercial needs into actionable marketing programs.
Execute a mix of field marketing initiatives, including account-based programs, webinars, partner activities, regional campaigns, executive programs, local content, and industry events.
Collaborate with Demand Generation teams, providing regional insights, audience priorities, and campaign recommendations.
Adapt global campaigns and messaging to the North American market.
Develop and execute channel marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Customer Success, and Marketing teams on regional go-to-market priorities.
Manage regional marketing budgets and external vendors as needed.
Track program performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI, and use insights to optimize future activities.
Qualifications3–6 years of B2B marketing experience, with demonstrated ownership of Field Marketing.
Experience within a B2B software, SaaS, or technology company.
Strong experience supporting the North American market and understanding U.S. B2B audiences.
Proven experience partnering closely with Sales and translating pipeline and target-account priorities into marketing programs.
Experience executing a variety of field marketing tactics beyond events.
Experience driving marketing in a growth-oriented environment where building market presence, working with limited resources, and operating with a high degree of ownership are essential.
Experience working with channel or business partners.
Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
Comfortable working independently in a hands-on, fast-moving environment.
Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
