What you will do: Produce short AI-generated video ads from written scripts and briefs Work across a range of styles, from animated and stylised through to photorealistic Integrate real products into generated scenes so the brand is recognisable Iterate on prompts until the result is usable Add captions, music and light editing to finish each piece Hands-on experience with current AI video tools such as Higgsfield, Kling, Veo, Runway or Sora A portfolio showing finished work, not just test clips Patience to iterate until a shot looks right Able to work from someone else's script Reliable daily output Bonus Traditional video editing skills Working remotely for US-based DTC Progression for high performers Salary paid in USD

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
