About the role
Shipment Preparation And Shipping Prepares shipments for packaging and shipping.
Hours:
9am -5:30pm. A. Review packing lists. B. Count products to ensure correct number per customer order. C. Seal and label each container to prepare goods for packaging. D. Stack and pile finished goods into containers. E. Put together boxes for shipment. Check to ensure containers are damage free. F. Pack them following a specific set of instructions from customers. G. Verify if items pulled out of package are correct. H. Maintain and fill out paperwork associated with parts. I. Keep track of inventory. J. Remove completed or defective products or materials, placing them in specified area, (inspection, hold, ship). K. Move completed packages for loading. This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). All applicants must be U.S. persons within the meaning of ITAR. ITAR defines a U.S. person as a U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee. Please confirm this candidate has their documentation to confirm Citizenship. They'll need to bring this with them on their first day of work at Eaton.
