About the role

Joby Aviation seeks an Aircraft Technical Support Engineer to own field technical issues from build through early flight test. You will triage, assess, and coordinate repairs while collaborating with Engineering, Production, Fleet Care, and QA teams. Regular travel to production, test, and field locations is expected. The role combines hands-on engineering with program management support, and involves developing tools and processes to accelerate issue resolution and return to service.
