About the role

Role Description & Responsibilities As a Treasury Analyst at Dassault Systèmes, you will be supporting the Americas Treasury department across regional projects, integrations, systems, and controls. In this role, you will be: Supporting the deployment, administration, training, and setup of Treasury systems e.g., Treasury Management System (TMS), banking portals, and conducting technology watches to identify and analyze emerging market trends and tools. Aiding in banking technology reviews, user delegations, Terms & Conditions, Non- Disclosure Agreements (NDAs), Know Your Customer (KYC), account openings/closings, documentation updates, and Treasury budget purchase order management. Supporting internal and external audit reviews and responses, and playing an active role in maintaining fraud prevention awareness across operations. Driving the ambitious Treasury integration roadmap while supporting cross-functional needs with IT, Accounting, Legal, and HR, as well as ad hoc annual initiatives. Overseeing monthly financial close reporting, tracking closing tasks and internal controls, and ensuring proper retention of storage items. Collaborating with teams to draft and refine standard operating procedures for Treasury processes and policies while serving as a primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders - Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Accounting, banks and investment partners.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of Treasury experience within an international corporate environment. Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Possesses strong financial and banking background; direct experience using banking portals and TMS is strongly preferred.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule on-site in our Waltham, MA office.
Displays proven project management capabilities, strong attention to detail, and direct experience with internal controls. Demonstrates exceptional verbal and business writing skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and thrive in a rapid, fast-evolving, and growing environment. Spanish language skills is a bonus
