Role Description: This is a full-time role for a Territory Sales Representative. The role involves driving sales growth within assigned territories by identifying potential clients, nurturing client relationships, and promoting Flexible Lifeline Systems' products and services. Day-to-day tasks include prospecting, managing leads, preparing tailored sales presentations, having valuable sales conversations, arranging travel, visiting client sites, estimating, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also requires staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulations to effectively address client needs and foster growth.
Qualifications: Proven sales expertise, including lead generation, account management, and contract negotiation Strong understanding of client relationship management and customer service skills Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to diverse audiences Basic knowledge of engineering or construction principles is a plus Proficiency in digital tools such as CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite Excellent time management and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering, or a related field is preferred Experience in the fall protection or construction industry is advantageous but not required
