About the role
Recruiting Coordinator By exhibiting exceptional teamwork, boundless curiosity, and the utmost care, the Recruiting Coordinator plays a key role in supporting our retail stores by attracting and engaging candidates, coordinating interviews, and assisting throughout the hiring process. This role helps connect talented individuals with opportunities at Blick, supporting our commitment to our customers, artists, associates, and the communities we serve.
Responsibilities:
- Support and execute recruiting strategies to attract top talent across retail stores
- Drive candidate attraction efforts through strategic job advertising across job boards, social media platforms, community organizations, and school career centers
- Source candidates through talent networks, databases, social media, and educational partnerships
- Review applications and resumes, conduct phone and video interviews, and maintain accurate candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Assist with pre-employment activities, including drafting offer letters, completing reference checks, and coordinating background checks
- Research and leverage new recruiting channels while staying current on industry trends and best practices
- Represent the company at job fairs, campus events, and networking opportunities
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
Experience / Skills:
2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role requiredExperience with candidate screening, interviewing, and reference checks required Demonstrates sound judgment and the ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion Strong communication skills both written and verbal Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Working knowledge of Microsoft office suite specifically: Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Work Environment: Varied: office setting or remote

The pay range below is provided in compliance with state/city specific laws. This pay range applies to this location. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.$24 - $26 per hour + Incentives
