About the role

Purciarele Group, recruiting on behalf of St. Johns Title, seeks a Senior Title Closer who can independently manage residential and/or commercial real estate transactions from opening through closing. The role involves coordinating with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, attorneys and vendors, preparing and reviewing closing docs, clearing title requirements and handling in-office, remote, mail-away and mobile closings while building strong client relationships.
