About the role
Our client is seeking a Executive Assistant to support a senior executive. The ideal candidate will be well-organized and be comfortable scheduling meetings, scheduling domestic and international travel, responding to emails on the executive's behalf while collaborating cross functionally.
Responsibilities:
Calendar management for executives Planning domestic and international travel Support the executive in preparing for meetings Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives Qualification Bachelor's degree Proficient in Microsoft Office suite- Outlook, Word, Power Point and Excel Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills Strong written and verbal communication skills This is an exceptional opportunity with excellent compensation and benefits.
