Job Location: Columbus, MS
Salary: $140,000-$180,000 Base + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits Lead. Build. Scale. We’re looking for an accomplished Aerospace Engineering Leader to lead engineering operations within a growing, highly regulated aerospace manufacturing environment. This is an opportunity to have direct impact on engineering strategy, NPI, manufacturing readiness, production execution, and organizational growth. What You’ll Lead

  • Multidisciplinary Engineering TeamsWhat We’re Looking For
  • 12+ years of aerospace/defense manufacturing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related discipline
  • Proven leadership of multidisciplinary engineering teams
  • Strong design + manufacturing engineering background
  • Experience with NPI, tooling, production readiness, and engineering change management
  • Experience in an AS9100-regulated environment
  • Strong cross-functional leadership across Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain & Program Management
  • Hands-on, operational leadership style with strong business judgment
