About the role
Supporting a portfolio of active opportunities, the full-time remote Pre-Sales Engineer will conduct technical discovery, design solutions, and create proposal content to drive successful sales outcomes in cybersecurity, IT, and cloud services.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with sales professionals to qualify opportunities and shape the technical sales strategy through discovery sessions
Design right-sized solutions and produce technical documentation, including proposals and Statements of Work (SOW)
Serve as a technical advisor, delivering presentations and responding to RFPs and technical objections throughout the sales process
Required Qualifications
2-4 years in sales engineering, solutions architecture, or a hands-on MSP/IT services role with client-facing experience
Working technical breadth across managed IT, cybersecurity, cloud, networking, or professional services
Ability to conduct technical discovery and contribute to solution design for multi-site environments
Effective communication skills with both technical stakeholders and executive decision-makers
Experience producing technical documentation such as diagrams, SOWs, and Bills of Materials (BOM)
