About the role
Regional Field Performance Manager/ Agency Development Manager/Territory Manager
Location: Remote + 50% Travel
Overview:
Lead and support regional insurance agencies by coaching field leadership, improving operational performance, and driving key business results.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage agency performance through regular field engagement.
Coach and develop General Agents, Assistant General Agents, and Field Agents.
Drive production, client growth, applications, and IAR performance.
Partner with regional leadership to execute business strategies.
Improve agency operations, administration, and client service.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree preferred.8+ years of life insurance operations/administration experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience managing teams and resolving client issues.
Knowledge of insurance policies and field operations.
FIC, FLMI, or CLU preferred.
