About the role

Avion ABA is looking for Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Missouri. The RBT will work with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, implementing ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Responsibilities include collecting data, applying ABA techniques, and providing high-quality, compassionate care. We offer flexible schedules, training, and opportunities for BCBA certification.
