Used Car Sales Manager Ed Morse Automotive Group is currently looking for a Used Car Sales Manager to join our team!
Responsibilities: Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline Consult with customers to find a vehicle to fit their specific wants and needs Prospect and contact potential customers Resolve customer inquiries and complaints Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments Writing complete orders and processing paperwork Building and maintaining strong customer relationships Work closely with other department managers to ensure cooperation and teamwork through the dealership Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and dealership policies and procedures Qualifications Minimum of 3 years Used Car Sales Management experience Must have F&I experience Attention to detail, prioritizing tasks, and overall good time management skills are a must Must have strong leadership skills, positive attitude, self-motivated, competitive, and must possess excellent communication and people skills Must hold a valid driver's license Why Ed Morse?
