About the role
Set Up Technician – Helena, MTJoin the DEX Imaging Team! DEX Imaging is looking for a hands-on Set Up Technician to prepare and assemble copier and printer equipment before it is delivered to customers. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with tools, mechanical equipment, and ensuring machines are ready for installation and use.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, inspect, and prepare copier and printer equipment for customer delivery. Install accessories, trays, and other equipment components as needed. Perform quality checks to ensure equipment is clean, operational, and delivery-ready. Load firmware and complete basic machine setup requirements. Assist with equipment staging, inventory organization, and warehouse closely with delivery, service, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Qualifications:
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Experience working with tools, equipment assembly, or mechanical systems is preferred. Ability to safely lift and move office equipment. Dependable work ethic and strong organizational skills. Prior experience in a warehouse, manufacturing, assembly, or equipment-related environment is a plus. Why DEX Imaging?
