About the Opportunity: We are partnering with an established family law practice in Downtown Denver seeking an experienced Family Law Attorney to join its team. This role offers meaningful case ownership, direct client relationships, and hands-on litigation experience across a diverse family law caseload. With a 1,500-hour annual billable requirement, attorneys can build their practice while maintaining a sustainable workload. The ideal candidate is a confident advocate who values client service, strategic thinking, and long-term professional growth.
What You'll Do:
  • Manage family law matters from initial consultation through final resolution
  • Handle divorce, custody, child support, spousal support, property division, and related matters
  • Counsel clients and provide clear, thoughtful legal guidance
  • Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and other legal documents
  • Conduct legal research and prepare persuasive arguments
  • Represent clients in hearings, mediations, negotiations, and trials
What We're Looking For:
  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active Colorado Bar membership in good standing
  • Demonstrated experience practicing family law
  • Strong understanding of Colorado family law and court procedures

The annual salary for this position is between $110,000 – $150,000.
