About the role
Asana is seeking a Senior Staff Software Engineer to lead the Developer Productivity group, shaping AI-driven tooling, frameworks, and infrastructure to accelerate the software lifecycle for thousands of developers. You will partner with group tech leads across six+ engineering teams, own the roadmap for the development platform, and mentor senior engineers to elevate engineering practices and tech debt planning.
