Responsibilities: Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees Discover customer needs and suggests products with every customer to enhance services and meet sales goals Prepare a variety of customer beverages such as espresso drinks Responsible for keeping an accurate count of all money and comps received for customers and follow cash handling policies
